I think my favourite of the night had to be Paula Patton- http://drop.ndtv.com/albums/ENTERTAINMENT/bestdressed-goldenglobes/paula.jpg- that yellow gown, her amazing skin and subtle-but-so-chic makeup just blew me away! A close second would be Jess Alba-http://img.ibtimes.com/www/data/images/full/2012/01/16/217195-jessica-alba.jpg. I think more desi brides should opt for lilac- its one of those universally flattering colours.
Oh…Paula Patton, she looked gorgeous as well. You know when I see yellow on girls, I wonder why desi girls don’t wear it more, it is perfect for our skintone, and really pretty.
Its been relegated to a mayyoun/mehendi colour, unfortunately, although I do think a paler yellow would make for a lovely bridal too.
