I love anything with henna motifs on it, so when I originally saw these shoes in a different campaign a few seasons ago in Asiana Magazine, I thought they were a nice idea. Mehndi afficianado Ash Kumar uses special gel paints and crystals to design a unique bridal shoe. Then, in this next ad campaign, I saw the shoe on an actual model, and now it just looks like the henna lady went crazy with her cone. Personally, I think that it works better as an alternative for brides to henna than as a complement to real mehndi on the feet. What do you think, would you wear this shoe? They are currently on offer for 75 GBP, which is not unreasonable considering the cost of wedding shoes.
